"As an aspirant Middle Leader I was keen to take part in the “Walk the Talk” Middle Leadership course. This taught me the psychology behind leadership and allowed me to reflect on what type of leader I was becoming. I was able to think carefully about the leadership skills I was using and different approaches I might utilise. It was during this time that my adaptability as a Middle Leader significantly improved."
